Too Good To Waste

You’re used to throw away all leftover pumpkin seeds? But: Did you know that they are full of vitamins and minerals, low in fat and high in protein?
Stop wasting them while throwing them away. There are a lot of possibilities to use them. Roast the seeds for example for a tasty treat or use them for several recipes.

All you have to do therefor is to soak the pumpkin’s insides in water to quickly separate the seeds from the rest of the pulp and then you can choose a way to use them.

We love to eat them as a healthy snack. Just toss the seeds with olive oil, salt and bake them for about 15 minutes – a delicious snack full of nutritious is finished.
